Red Raider drafted to NFL - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Red Raider running back Baron Batch will head to Pittsburgh. With their final pick of this season's NFL draft, the Pittsburgh Steelers added the 5-10, 210 pound running back.

He ranks eighth on the school's career rushing list with 2,501 yards and is ninth in all-purpose yards with 3,612. He was taken in the seventh round at 232nd overall pick.

Batch was the only Red Raider selected this year and joins a team just a couple months off of playing for a Super Bowl.
