Hung jury for Aaron Dial case

LUBBOCK,TX (KCBD) -

On Friday evening, jury members could not come to an agreement in the murder trial of Aaron Dial. After hours of deliberation, the judge declared a hung jury.

Dial is accused in the June 2010 stabbing death of 36-year-old Christopher Clark. Clark died at the hospital from a wound to the neck. A re-trial is expected.
