A record number of voters turned out for the Frenship Independent School District's $46.8 million bond election.
Frenship officials say the money is necessary to fund rapidly growing enrollment and many voters agree.
"We realize that out here in this district it is growing and the classrooms are getting overcrowded so if we can increase the infrastructure for that it's a good thing," says Rhea Cooper.
