City of Lamesa votes on school renovations and alcohol sales

LUBBOCK,TX (KCBD) -

If you live in the city of Lamesa, time is running out for you to go vote on wether or not you want alcohol sales in your town. On the ballot you can vote for sale of beer and wine within your city limit, but liquor is not included.

Lamesa residents will also be voting on a 15-million dollar bond proposal to renovate Lamesa High School. Polls close at 7 p.m. Saturday evening.

Election results will be posted on KCBD.com as soon as they become available.
