Lubbock Business Asks Council to Re-Open Toledo

Owners of the SoHo Grill asked the City Council Thursday to re-open Toledo Avenue.

They say they've lost about 20% of their business due to the look of the barricades and they also say the closure blocks the flow of traffic from the area.

The road was shut down this summer, due to the Marsha Sharp Freeway project. The council decided to keep Toledo Avenue barricaded.
