Motorcyclist Killed In Accident Near Shallowater - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The Intersection of US 84 and County Road 1700, near Shallowater, became the sight of a deadly motorcycle accident just after 8:30pm Friday night.

According to officers on the scene the motorcyclist was traveling down County Road 1700 and apparently did not realize the road curved. The man ended up hitting a ditch, causing his body to hit the ground on U.S. 84.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.
