Child porn downloaded by Lubbock man, indictment says

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Court records say a Lubbock man downloaded child pornography. 

Andrew Stuart McDaniel, 24, was indicted Wednesday by a Lubbock federal grand jury.  The indictment says he downloaded Internet movies of underage girls.  Court records say, in some cases the girls were with adult men; in other cases the girls were with underage boys. 

McDaniel faces eight felony charges in the indictment, all of which carry prison sentence of 5 to 20 years, if convicted.
