LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -
Two Lubbock men pleaded guilty Thursday in Lubbock federal court to unrelated child pornography charges.
Garrett David Blair, age not listed in court records, admitted to Receipt of a Visual Depiction of a Minor Engaging in Sexually Explicit Conduct. Court records say Blair used peer-to-peer file sharing to download pornographic images and Internet videos of underage girls. He will be sentenced at a later date to at least five years in prison but not more than 20 years.
Ronnie Craig Lance, age not listed, admitted to Possession of Child Pornography. Court records say Lance, for several years, had downloaded and viewed images of underage girls. Lance will be sentenced at a later date to more than 10 years in prison.
