A police chase in Lubbock County on Sunday ends with the arrest of three people.
The chase began around 7:00 p.m. when a DPS trooper pulled over 43 year-old Julio Ruvalcava on the access road at 98th St. and I-27.
When the trooper approached the van, Ruvalcava sped away northbound on I-27. He finally came to a stop near Ash Avenue and North Loop 289.
According to DPS, he was then arrested for driving while intoxicated and on a warrant for previous DWI charges. Two other people in the van were also arrested.
