In this week's Food for Thought, with only two stops on the menu it's a short order of perfection this week. We begin with a little Cajun flare. Popeye's at 224 N. University spices up their health inspection with a perfect score.

The only other stop at the top prides themselves on freshness. The Subway at 1129 SE Loop 289 wraps up a flawless inspection.
