Gov. Perry Sends Team To Aid CA Firefighters - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

On Wednesday Texas Governor Rick Perry authorized sending people and equipment to help battle the deadly west coast blazes.

The initial response from Texas will include one fire engine and six firefighters. This comes on the day San Diego county loses its first firefighter to the flames. The death toll now stands at 18.
