Purple Protest: Take Two

For the second time in two years, a Lubbock home off Indiana Avenue has been painted purple.

The landlord of the home is protesting a city ordinance that says no more than two unrelated people can live in a single family home. The City of Lubbock threatened legal action if the residents did not vacate the home by Saturday.

No word yet if any such action has been taken.
