Indictments Handed Down in Drive By Shooting

A Lubbock Grand Jury handed down several indictments late Tuesday afternoon.

The first is for murder, 41-year-old Daniel Jimenez was indicted Tuesday in connection with a drive by shooting. 39-year-old Ernesto Cabrera was shot to death in a parking lot on October 19th. 48-year-old Juan Luna is also a suspect in the case.
