Texas Tech's new basketball coach, Billie Gillispie, is the victim of a massive Ponzi Scheme. According to several reports, Gillispie stands to lose as much as 2.3 million dollars.
Before coming to Tech, Gillispie, was the head coach at the University of Kentucky. The man who cheated Gillispie and other big name coaches out of millions of dollars reportedly is Houston area businessman David Salinas.
Salinas won't have to face any criminal charges because he was found dead a few days ago.
