Suburban Rear Ends 18 Wheeler - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A woman was taken to the hospital late Wednesday afternoon, after she rear-ended an 18-wheeler.

The accident happened just after 4pm, in the southbound access road at 19th and I-27. The semi was waiting at a red light when it was struck from behind. An eyewitness said the driver of the Suburban simply failed to stop.

The driver of the semi was not injured.
