A tasty side of Wolfforth: Dixie Dogs

WOLFFORTH, TX (KCBD) -

A move from East Lubbock more than two decades ago not only brought business to Wolfforth but it's been feeding the folks here for years.  If you live in Wolfforth you've probably eaten at the Dixie Dog drive in.  It opened 28 years ago as the first fast food restaurant in town.

Second generation owner, Steve Tidmore, says the flavors people first fell in love back then are still being served today.  Steve says diners come mostly for the Dixie Dogs and cheese sticks, but they have great burgers and fries as well.
