'America's Got Talent': Lubbock girls need your help to get wild card spot

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Avery and the Calico Hearts long road of success on the hit NBC show America's Got Talent came to an end Wednesday night. The trio was eliminated from the show along with eight other acts.

Avery Winter, 9, Brooklyn Elbert, 10, and Kassidy King, 10, wowed the judges with what they call their "chipmunk" voices, but it wasn't enough for America. Or was it?

The girls first auditioned in Houston where they got their big break. Then they performed in front of the judges in Vegas and finally they made it to the mecca of stardom, Hollywood, for the live show.

But is it really the end for the group who won the hearts of judges Sharon Osbourne and Howie Mandell? Maybe not.

The Hollywood Gossip is reporting there is a possibility for at least two acts to get wild card spots. They predict Sharon will bring Avery and the Calico Hearts back to the stage.

The America's Got Talent web site is encouraging viewers to vote for the acts they think should get the wild card spots:

"If your favorite act has not made it through, let us know who you think should return for a second shot at winning America's Got Talent. (The results of the poll may or may not be one of the factors considered in deciding which contestants to bring back, in Producer's sole discretion.)"
