By making simple changes to your environment, you can lose weight without really trying to lose weight. That's according to Cornell University, where they studied how to lose weight without changing the menu dramatically.
They found that simply by reducing the size of your plates and glasses, storing unhealthy foods out of sight, and not eating in front of the TV was the key to weight loss.
Their research shows most people tend to eat more than they should because they don't know when they're full, or satisfied enough to stop. They found people ate seventy-three percent more when given free refills, for example on chips, compared to those given normal size meal and that's it.
