More than 1,400 students graduated Saturday from Texas Tech University.
During two ceremonies, students from the Colleges of Agriculture, Arts and Sciences, Education, Performing Arts, Business, Engineering and Human Sciences.
The Summer Graduations were held at the United Spirit Arena.
Dr. Bernard Mittemeyer was the speaker for both ceremonies. He is a former surgeon general of the United States. He also served as an executive vice president and interim president of the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center.
