Lubbock Pediatric Cancer Patients Given Trip Out West

On Wednesday morning, young cancer patients from Covenant Children's Hospital boarded a plane to Arizona for the 2003 Wild West Adventure.

The kids will spend time horseback riding, sight-seeing, and hiking. The Sunshine Kids Foundation sponsors the trip, free of charge, to give the patients a chance to bond with other cancer patients their own age.
