LISD students raising money to march in Rose Bowl parade - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Lubbock ISD students are paving their way to Pasadena for the 2012 Tournament of Roses Parade.   On Saturday, they scrubbed cars, hoping to make a few bucks.   Since January, the group has raised $300,000.  In order to be able to make the trip, the group still needs half a million. The all-Lubbock Marching Band, comprised of 500 students, will be the largest band in the famous Rose Bowl parade and the only band from Texas.
