Wolfforth House Catches Fire

Wolfforth Fire Investigators are checking into whether foul play is the reason why a house in Southeast Lubbock County caught on fire Thursday evening.

A group of neighbors in the South Frankford Estates on County Road 1800 noticed a vacant trailer house on fire and used garden hoses to put out the fire. They say they did it for about 30 minutes before the Wolfforth Fire Department and Woodrow Volunteer Fire fighters got to the scene.

No one was hurt in that fire.
