Jury Selection Begins in Murder Trial - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Jury selection began Monday, in the Lubbock murder trial of 38-year-old Cynthia White.

White is accused of stabbing her boyfriend, Jessie Salgado, in the back last January. According to court documents, investigators believe the stabbing was the result a domestic dispute. Salgado apparently confronted White over the excessive use of his cell phone minutes.

White maintains the stabbing was in self defense.
