2011-2012 bell schedule and school lunch prices for LISD

With the kick-start of the new school year beginning this year, parent's and students from around the area are excited to begin a new year. Here are the times and a few changes in meal prices this year:

All elementary schools in Lubbock will begin classes at 7:50am and will end at 3:20pm. Secondary schools ( Coronado High School, ALL middle schools, Talkington School for Young Women Leaders, Project Intercept, and JJAEP) will have classes that begin at 8:35am and end at 4:05pm.

Estacado High School will have classes that begin at 8:20am and end at 4:15pm. Lubbock High School will have classes 8:25am to 4:30pm (Monday - Thursday) and classes will be from 8:25am to 1:30pm on Friday (last class ends at 1:05 followed by lunch).

There will be a meal price increase this year: Elementary breakfast meals will be $.65 while secondary schools will be $.75 breakfast meal. For lunch time elementary schools meals will be $1.60 and secondary lunch meals will cost $1.75.
