Car Fails To Yield Right of Way & Hits Motorcyclist - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Lubbock motorcyclist is in serious condition Thursday night, after another motorist failed to yield the right of way.

The accident happened just before 1pm Thursday afternoon, at 52nd and Indiana. According to police, 45-year-old Terry Lee Voight was headed south on Indiana, when a Buick entered the intersection from United Market Street.

No one in the Buick was injured. Voight was taken to Covenant Medical Center, with severe leg injuries.
