It was time to weigh in again for our weekly Weight Watchers meeting here in the studio.
Kim Martin, our leader, brought a paper buffet into the studio today, so we could add up the calories or points we might serve ourselves on Thanksgiving. The Weight Watcher theory is don't cut out the things you enjoy, just plan around a special meal by cutting back elsewhere.
Kim says that her best advice for is to enjoy Thanksgiving, "You have 35 flex points and another suggestion would be to get up in the morning and do some exercise so you can earn a few extra activity points."
All together, our NewsChannel 11 team has dropped 164. 5 lbs. since we began this effort in September. Two people were celebrated today as our biggest losers, Wilson Leftwich and Janie Martinez have each lost 10 % of their body weight.
