We've heard it for years, and a new study confirms in a big way. Chocolate is linked to a healthy heart! British researchers analyzed the results of seven different studies on chocolate and heart disease. They found people, who ate the most chocolate, were 37-percent less likely to develop cardiovascular disease. Twenty-nine percent were less likely to have a stroke than those who ate the least amount of chocolate. Here's the best part- the overall review didn't differentiate between dark or milk chocolate. This even includes the chocolate in bars, drinks, and desserts.
