Plainview Pediatrician Indicted on Charges of Indecency and Sexual Assault - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Plainview Pediatrician has been indicted by a Swisher County Grand Jury on charges of indecency and sexual assault. Dr. Stephen Turner is accused of fondling and having sex with a Plainview teenager for more than a year. The alleged victim is now 17. Published reports indicate the incidents occurred in Swisher County.

According to the Plainview Herald, the 46-year-old turned himself in to Swisher County authorities and posted bond Monday morning.
