One man is dead after his vehicle hits a tree

LUBBOCK,TX (KCBD) -

Police say an accident Monday night in Central Lubbock took the life of John Mark Williams.  Police says Williams may have been speeding and lost control of his car near 39th and Raleigh.  The car hit a tree and Williams was pronounced dead at the scene.
