Motorcycle collision sends one person to the hospital

LUBBOCK,TX (KCBD) -

Two people are recovering following a motorcycle accident in northwest Lubbock. The accident occurred around 1pm on Monday at N. Loop 289 and Slide Road.

The motorcyclist suffered serious injuries,but is expected to recover and the passenger in the car was also injured during the collision. No word yet on what caused the accident.
