A Texas Tech employee is accused of stealing thousands of dollars from the University.
An arrest warrant was issued for 42-year-old Mary Fleming on Tuesday. Fleming worked as a secretary in Tech's athletic department.according to University Police reports, several deposits from the sale of sporting programs were never made.
Later, a search of Fleming's personal bank account revealed about $10,000 in deposits - that could not be accounted for.
As of early Tuesday evening, Fleming had not yet turned herself in.
