One hospitalized after weekend motorcycle accident - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A motorcyclist is recovering today after a weekend accident in southeast Lubbock.

Lubbock police report that Lawrance Hagerty, 58, was driving his motorcycle west on Slaton Highway on Saturday afternoon when Jacqueline Fuhs, 47, drove her pick-up into the intersection and collided with him.

Hagerty was transported to UMC with moderate injuries. Fuhs was issued a citation for Failure to Yield Right of Way. Fuhs was not injured.
