3 young men indicted for capital murder

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Three young men now face capital murder charges in the death of 52-year-old Brian Brinson.

Brinson was found dead in his car near 24th Place and Avenue L in Lubbock in December 2010.

Devante Jones, 18, Zevon Sanders, 17 and Arenn Davis, 22 were indicted Tuesday for capital murder and other felony charges.

Sanders was 16 at the time of the shooting, but authorities certified him to stand trial as an adult.
