Former Texas Tech head football coach Mike Leach returned to Lubbock for a book signing. This was Leach's second time to visit Lubbock to promote his book, "Swing Your Sword." This summer, he was in the Hub City for his first signing.
Saturday, he met fans and signed their books at the Barnes and Noble Booksellers at the South Plains Mall. He also brought pizzas to give out to people who were waiting in line.
While there, he also spoke out about the University of Oklahoma's decision to possibly leave the Big XII.
"You know, I don't know if it will hold together or not. There may be something called the Big XII, but it's definitely in jeopardy of not existing," Leach said.
The University of Oklahoma's announcement comes one week after Texas A&M University announced it is leaving the Big XII for the SEC. The Sooners are considering moving to the PAC 12. The Big XII has already lost Nebraska and Colorado, which leaves the conference with just 10 members.
