"West Texans heard the promises made by our elected officials," said Miller. "And we know these promises have been broken, over and over again."
Miller, a 28 year military veteran, founded WesTex Document Inc, in 1997. WesTex is located at Reese Technology Center, and offers professional record management and digital imaging services for customers across West Texas.
