There are no Top Performers this week and just one Low Performer.

Long John Silver's at 5402 4th Street gets five critical violations.

  • Corn holding at 110 degrees.
  • There was trash found in a hand sink.
  • No paper towels at hand sink.
  • No sanitizer being dispensed in dishwasher (hand sanitizer).
  • No thermometer in refrigerator (fish) --thermometer in refrigerator broken.

An employee told us the manager of the restaurant was not available for comment and would not be back at the restaurant today.

The report shows four of the five violations were corrected on site.
