We've all heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. That can be a real challenge with kids rushing to leave for school. Nutritionist Diana Nahai says you should think outside the box or bowl because a healthy breakfast doesn't have to look like breakfast.
"Take some deli ham, some mild mozzarella, place it in the tortilla and fold it like a crepe." says Nahai.
She also says you can send kids out the door with peanut butter on apple slices, which is another good way to help your kids get the best start to their day.
