Child porn charge leads to prison time

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

A Lubbock man must serve seven years in prison after pleading guilty to a child pornography charge.  Garrett Blair was sentenced Friday in Lubbock federal court.  He had pleaded guilty in June to a charge of receiving child pornography on his computer.  Blair remain free until November 4th, when he must turn himself in at the federal correctional facility in Seagoville, Texas.
