Auction to take place to help reimburse victims of Ponzi scheme

LUBBOCK,TX (KCBD) -

The effort continues to recover money for Benny Judah's victims of a Ponzi scheme. Judah is currently serving prison time for a $35 million dollar Ponzi scheme.

One of his companies was Excel Lease Fund. Excel's accounts receivable will be auctioned off on November 10th at the Lubbock County Courthouse. Proceeds will help reimburse the victims.
