New City Manager Could Be Announced Monday

By Monday, the City of Lubbock could have a new city manager.

As NewsChannel 11 reported last week, only three candidates remain.

They include: Rickey Childers of Longview, Tommy Gonzalez of Lubbock, and William Pupo of Surprise, Arizona.

The Lubbock City Council will meet Monday afternoon in executive session to "deliberate the appointment of a new city manager and take appropriate action."
