Banks, Post Office, Frenship & LISD closed Monday

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Monday is a federal holiday, namely Columbus Day.  So, the Mahon Federal Building, and Post Office locations will be closed.  Monday is also a bank holiday. 

Frenship ISD and Lubbock ISD students get to take the day off, although it will not be called Columbus Day.  Instead, it's a staff development day.  Many local government offices such as City Hall and the County Courthouse will be open.
