Court records say the couple accused of embezzling from Lubbock ISD turned themselves in and were bonded out of jail last week. Tina Wipff, 41, and Russell Wipff, 45, of Lubbock were indicted earlier this year. They're accused of buying items at Lubbock ISD's expense and then selling the items to keep the money.
