LCU honoring victims of domestic abuse

Lubbock Christian University students will come together and hang over 1,000 blue ribbons to honor those victims of domestic violence.

October is recognized as National Domestic Violence Awareness Month and the students will gather at the center of the campus and hang the ribbons. The event will begin at 11:30am and the goal is to spread the message about how domestic effects families who are victims of domestic abuse.
