Lubbock Still Without City Manager

The Lubbock City Council ended its Executive Session just before10pm Monday night and without making a decision on a new city manager.

The final three candidates are Rickey Childers of Longview, Tommy Gonzalez of Lubbock, and William Pupo of Surprise, Arizona.
