Man Accused of Internet Seduction Indicted on Two More Counts - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The Lubbock County grand jury has indicted an Iowa man accused of seducing a 13-year-old Lubbock girl he met over the internet. Eric Wise is now charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault.

According to police, 38-year old Wise met the Lubbock girl in an internet chat room, and later came to Lubbock and videotaped their sexual contact. A federal grand jury has already indicted him on 15 counts.

Wise is currently being held in the Dickens County jail.
