Lubbock Motorist Walks For Help After Rollover

Lubbock police were called to a rollover at the South Loop 289 access road at I-27, at about 4 o'clock Wednesday morning.

Police say 21-year-old Steven Lewis Snyder was trying to pass a semi-truck when the two-lane road merged into one. That's when he was forced off the road, and struck a number of trees before rolling the vehicle over.

He was able to walk to a convenience store on 82nd St. to call for help. EMS took him to University Medical Center with serious injuries.
