Police Search for Wanted Men

Lubbock police need your help locating two men whom they consider armed and dangerous.

17-year-old Nathan Rios and his brother 20-year-old Jacob are wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The brothers are accused in a shooting that occurred Saturday, December 6th in the 1500 block of 38th St. A 25-year-old woman was grazed by a bullet. She was treated for a minor injury.

Last week, Lubbock police arrested Efrain Monreal Jr. for his alleged role in the shooting. On Thursday, a Lubbock County grand jury indicted all three men with two counts of aggravated assault.

The Rios brothers are also charged with a third count of attempted capital murder.
