Lubbock Sheriff's Deputies No Billed in Fatal Shooting - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

On Thursday, the Lubbock County grand jury no billed three Lubbock County sheriff's deputies who shot and killed Brad Calverley.  He's the man who shot and killed his parents in Ransom Canyon back in October.

Police say the 42 year-old ran his SUV into the home of his parents, Darlene and Harry Calverley, then shot and killed them. Sheriff's deputies say they chased Calverley after he fled, and when he threatened them with his rifle, they fatally shot him.
