Man Accused of Having Sex with Lubbock Teen Arraigned - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The man accused of having sex with a Lubbock teen he met online made an appearance in federal court Friday. Eric Wise was arraigned Friday morning.

Earlier this week, a Lubbock County grand jury indicted him on several counts of aggravated sexual assault. Police say the 38-year-old met a 13-year-old Lubbock girl in an internet chat room. He later supposedly came to Lubbock and videotaped their sexual contact.

Wise faces similar charges in Wisconsin.
