Lubbock Fire Marshals are requesting your help to identify a man caught on video after an intentionally set fire at Family Counseling Services at #9 Briercroft Center around 8:30 p.m. Saturday.
LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -
The Lubbock Fire Marshal's office is filing felony arson charges against a man accused of trying to set a Lubbock counseling center on fire in late September.
Eric Robert Wolfe , 41, is behind bars in Gaines County on an unrelated charge.
Security video shows a suspect pouring flammable liquid on the Family Counseling Services building and then setting it on fire.
There was some damage to the outside of the building.
Wolfe will be transported back to Lubbock where he'll face the second-degree felony charge.
